Project Introduction

XJTLU Learning Mall Portal Site is a combination of two websites: Learning Mall Premium and Learning Mall Core. The launch screen is split into two eye-catching sections separately to help students/ staff/ learners choose corresponding panel.

Usability Testing

Using the existing Learning Mall Core and Premium websites, I conducted usability tests on 3 learners in order to analyze its strength, weakness and pain points.

This helped me understand what users needs and desire to see on Learning Mall Portal Site.

• The existing visual design did not match this the current Learning Mall visual identity.
• Product team eager to try some trending element on visual design, etc rounded corner, young and energetic feeling.
• Users(Students or learners) need to have the direct panel for their login.
• Product team needs a portal to present latest news, events and articles to users.

Taking into the consideration of marketing and user research ,the sitemap included sub categories and pages that would be useful to users.

Wireframe

Different versions of the homepage has been designed to fit with every element.

Responsive UI

Responsive interfaces are designed for corresponding devices.
